Who we are
Venuecast is run by helloswap, CVR 29075794, Halmtorvet 28, 5. th., 1700 København V, Denmark. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: kontakt@koncerto.app.
What we store
- Your account: e-mail address, and the name and address of your venue or hotel. If you log in with Google we receive your name and e-mail from Google.
- What you publish: events, posters, logos and screen settings.
- Statistics: we count views, ticket clicks and QR-code scans per event and per screen. These counts are anonymous; we don't store who clicked.
- Lobby screens: when a screen is on, we store when it was last seen and what kind of device it runs on, so hotels can see if a screen is offline.
- Payments: Stripe handles card details. We only store which plan you have and Stripe's customer number.
- Notifications: if you turn them on, we store your device's push address so we can send you alerts.
Facebook and Instagram
If you connect a Facebook Page, Facebook gives us an access key for that Page and the Instagram professional account linked to it. We use it only to publish the events you add in Venuecast to that Page and account, when you choose to. We store the key encrypted, never read your messages, followers or other posts, and delete the key when you disconnect on the Channels page. See how to delete your data.
Billetto
If you connect Billetto, we store your Billetto API key encrypted and use it only to read your published events. Disconnecting in Settings deletes the key.
Venues' newsletters
A venue can offer its programme by e-mail under its website calendar. If you sign up, we store your e-mail address, which venue you signed up with, whether you have confirmed, and the dates you signed up, confirmed or left. Nothing else. You get one e-mail to confirm, and after that one e-mail a week with the venue's next two weeks. Every e-mail has a link to unsubscribe with one click. The venue is the data controller for its list and can see and export it; we send the e-mails on its behalf and use the addresses for nothing else. Clicks on the links count in the venue's anonymous statistics, like every other link. Unsubscribed addresses stay marked as unsubscribed so they don't get mail again; the venue can delete them, or you can ask us to.
Who processes data for us
Supabase (database and login, EU), Vercel (hosting and image storage), Stripe (payments), Google (login, if you use it), Meta (Facebook and Instagram, if you connect them) and Resend (e-mail). Events you publish are public by design: they appear on your website calendar, on Google, on Koncerto (koncerto.app, run by the same company) and on hotel screens nearby.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you logged in. No tracking or advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
As long as you have an account. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except what the bookkeeping law requires us to keep (invoices, 5 years).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and object to how we use it. Write to kontakt@koncerto.app. You can also complain to Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.dk).
