Facebook and Instagram

Log in to Venuecast and open Settings.
Under Facebook & Instagram, press Disconnect next to your Page.

That deletes the access key and Page details we stored, at once. You can also remove Venuecast in Facebook: Settings → Business integrations → Venuecast → Remove.

Your whole account

Write to kontakt@koncerto.app from the e-mail address you log in with. We delete your account, events, screens and connected keys within 30 days and confirm by e-mail. Invoices are kept for 5 years, as Danish bookkeeping law requires.
