Plans and payment

Venues can use the Free plan for as long as they like. Pro and Featured are monthly subscriptions. Hotels can run up to 3 screens for free; each screen after that is a monthly subscription. Prices are shown on the plan pages and include Danish VAT (moms). Subscriptions renew every month and can be cancelled at any time from the plan page; they then end at the end of the month you have paid for. We don't refund part months.

What you publish

You are responsible for the events, texts and images you publish, including having the rights to use them. Events are public: they appear on your website calendar, on Google, on Koncerto and on hotel screens nearby. We may remove content that is illegal or misleading.

Connected accounts

When you connect Facebook, Instagram or Billetto, Venuecast acts only on what you ask it to: publishing your events, or reading your published events. You can disconnect at any time in Settings.

The service

We work to keep Venuecast running at all times but can't promise it never stops. We are not liable for lost ticket sales or other indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We tell you by e-mail at least 30 days before changes to prices or these terms take effect. Danish law applies. See also our privacy policy.
